The location is good and takes about a 10-minute walk to Parque Libertad. The bus station is behind the hotel and about 5 minutes away walking and lots of markets in the vicinity. Plenty of restaurants in the daytime, but at night they all close.
Nighttime it is rather deserted and the bars come alive. Seems to be near a small red light district, but it does not get noisy and seems pretty safe.
